 | Scouts who like to hike started the Hike Lake County Challenge today. (https://www.lcfpd.org/hlc- Enjoy fall breezes and autumn colors while exploring designated Hike Lake County trails. Complete just seven of the hikes between August 15 and November 30, and Scouts earn a prize. Scouts who complete the challenge the first year will earn a hiking stick and commemorative shield. Scouts returning to the challenge for a consecutive year will earn an additional shield for their hiking stick. Many hikes are under 2 miles which should take about 1 hour to complete. |
